Customer Service Assistant. The role of Customer Service Assistant in one of our stores is a varied position. Providing excellent customer service to all our customers will be your priority, although as an integral part of a friendly store team, you'll also assist in back area duties too. You will complete a 12 week probationary period during which you'll receive all the structured training you need to feel confident and work effectively in the role. The types of duties you will undertake include: serving customers, till work, cash handling, stock handling, cleaning and merchandising. This position will suit someone who takes pride in getting things right, enjoys variety and meeting new people.
